Full package vs CMT — who does what
Before you compare prices between factories, check you are comparing the same model. A CMT quote looks cheaper than a full-package quote because it excludes the fabric, the trims, the freight and the coordination — all of which you then pay for separately, in money and in weeks. This is what falls on each side.

We ship door-to-door with freight included in the unit price. Import VAT and duties in the destination country are paid by the buyer — this is not DDP. Minimums run from 50 pieces per style for knitwear and 300 for wovens — see every category compared.

What is full-package apparel manufacturing?
Full package — sometimes written FPP, full-package production — means the factory takes responsibility for the whole chain: sourcing the fabric and trims, developing the specification, sampling, cutting and sewing, decorating, inspecting, and shipping. You approve at each gate and receive finished goods. The alternative, CMT (cut, make, trim), is where you buy and ship the materials yourself and the factory only converts them into garments.
Which model do you work on?
Full package. In practice that means one point of contact and one quality standard, instead of you coordinating a fabric supplier, a sewing unit, a print shop and a forwarder who have never spoken to each other. Our minimum is 50 pieces per style for knitwear, rising to 100 in peak season; woven garments start at 300 per style because they run through partner factories that set their own floors.
Do I need a tech pack before I can get a quote?
No. A finished tech pack gets you a sharper quote faster because we are not estimating fit, fabric weight, or trims — but a sketch, a reference garment you want improved on, or a written description with a target price and quantity is enough to start. Our development team builds the tech pack from whatever you have.
How long does the whole process take?
Bulk production runs 12–15 days for orders up to 2,000 pieces, counted from approved sample and confirmed deposit. Allow 25–35 days end to end, since sampling and approval come first. Peak season can extend this — we confirm dates at order confirmation. Sampling sits in front of that at 7–10 days, which is why the end-to-end figure is the honest one to plan a launch around rather than the production window on its own.
Who owns the patterns and artwork?
You do. Patterns graded from your approved sample, digitised embroidery files, and print separations are yours — we hold them so reorders match, but they are not leverage. A factory that will not release your own tech pack is telling you something about the relationship.
