Sampling is not one step — it is a sequence, and skipping stages is where costly bulk mistakes come from. We run each stage that your product needs, and stop when you are confident, not before.

• Development (proto) sample — the first physical interpretation of your design, to check concept, construction, and fabric hand
• Fit sample — made to your measurements and worn-tested, with a measurement report so you can dial the fit exactly
• Size set — one garment per size to prove your grading holds across the full run
• Pre-production (PP) sample — the final, bulk-fabric, bulk-trim reference that your production is locked against
• Salesman / photo samples — extra approved units for your lookbook, marketing shoot, or pre-sales

You don’t need a tech pack to start

Most first-time brands do not arrive with a complete spec — and that is fine. Send a hand sketch, a reference garment you want to match or improve, or even a few photos and measurements, and our development team builds the tech pack, recommends fabrics and trims, and engineers the fit as part of sampling.

If you already have a tech pack, even better — we sample straight to it and flag anything that will not translate cleanly to production before it becomes a problem in bulk.

Approve remotely, with confidence

You should not have to fly to Dhaka to approve a sample. Every sample ships with detailed photos, video walk-arounds, and a measurement report against spec, so you can review fit, stitching, print, and color from anywhere. When a physical sample is needed, we courier it to you — and we revise until it is right rather than pushing you to accept a near-miss.

Why the sample stage protects your money

A sample costs a fraction of a bulk run, and it is the single cheapest place to catch a fit issue, a fabric that behaves differently than expected, or a print that does not sit right. Once you approve a pre-production sample, we lock your bulk against it — approved measurements, approved fabric, approved trims — so the thousandth piece matches the one you signed off on.

We are also honest about lead time and cost up front: sampling fees, whether they are credited against a bulk order, and how many revisions a design realistically needs before it is production-ready.
