With us, yes — it is our core model and the thing that makes us unusual here. Almost no Bangladeshi factory will quote a 50-piece run. A 50-piece run of a custom heavyweight tee still beats decorated US-made or premium stock blanks on unit cost while being fully custom: your fabric, fit, labels, and packaging. That minimum holds all year round.

First orders: 4–8 weeks end-to-end (development, sampling, production) plus transit — 3–6 days by courier, 6–10 by air, roughly a month by sea. Reorders skip development and run 3–6 weeks plus transit.

You do, or your broker does — and we supply every document they need: commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin. Freight to your door is already inside our unit price, but US import duty and clearance fees are billed to you at entry. We do not offer DDP, so no supplier is quietly absorbing a duty line you cannot see.

For the knitwear most of our US clients order, the relevant headings are 6109 for t-shirts, singlets and vests, and 6110 for sweatshirts, hoodies, pullovers and cardigans. Knitted polo shirts usually fall under 6105 or 6106, and woven shirts under 6205 or 6206. The full ten-digit code turns on fibre content, gender and construction, and your broker makes and signs that call — we are not licensed to classify on your behalf. What we do is give them an unambiguous fibre breakdown, knit type and construction note on the commercial invoice, which is what stops a shipment sitting at the port while somebody guesses.

Do not plan on it. The de minimis exemption that used to let low-value shipments enter the US free of duty was suspended in 2025, and this is an area of policy that has moved repeatedly since — so treat any supplier who tells you samples arrive duty-free as out of date rather than informed. Budget duty and a courier clearance fee on sample shipments, confirm the current position with your broker before you ship, and size the sample order knowing that. It is a small number either way, and being wrong about it in the other direction is the version that stings.

Yes, and we prepare the goods for it at the factory: FNSKU or UPC labels applied per unit, polybags with the required suffocation warning, and cartons packed and marked to your fulfilment centre's spec so nothing is repacked on arrival. What we cannot do is act as importer of record — FBA shipments need a US entity or a customs broker on the entry, and Amazon will not serve as either. Most of our FBA clients route the first shipment through a 3PL for inspection, then ship direct once the pack-out is proven.
