Manufacturing for Europe
Apparel Manufacturer for European Brands
European brands come to us for access rather than tariffs: retail-grade production starting at 50 pieces per style, where most Bangladeshi factories will not quote under a thousand.
We grade to EN sizing, work in English with European time-zone overlap through the afternoon, and ship weekly consolidations to the main EU ports. On duty, read the note below before you model your landed cost — we are not registered to issue EU preferential proof of origin, and we would rather say so than let you plan around a saving you will not get.
Switzerland is covered here too, and it is not a footnote — it sits outside the EU customs union, so a shipment cleared into Rotterdam or Hamburg has not been cleared into Switzerland. We run Swiss orders as their own import lane with a second, separate Swiss entry prepared before arrival, which is the step that leaves Swiss brands stranded at the border when a supplier only knows EU paperwork.
Itemised quote usually within 24 business hours • Sample fees credited back in full on bulk orders • No commitment required

Shipping to Europe
| Method | Transit | Best for |
|---|---|---|

| Air freight | 5–9 days | Launches and restocks |
| Sea freight | ~28–35 days to main EU ports | Bulk production |
| Sea + inland (CH) | ~30–40 days via Genoa or Rotterdam, then rail/road | Bulk to Switzerland — it has no seaport |
Ports & customs handling for Europe
| Route | Ports / gateways | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Sea | Rotterdam, Antwerp, Hamburg, Le Havre | Main EU discharge ports — roughly 30–38 days from Chattogram |
| Air | Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Paris CDG | Sampling and launch quantities |
| Customs handling | Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin + EORI entry prepared in advance | Your broker clears at standard apparel duty — see the duty note below |
| Switzerland | Genoa or Rotterdam, then rail/road to Basel or Zurich; air via Zurich or Geneva | A separate Swiss entry is prepared before arrival — goods clear again even after transiting an EU port |
Duties & import costs
This is where we will be blunt: EU duty preference for Bangladeshi garments depends on a registered proof of origin (REX) that we are not currently able to issue. Budget for standard EU apparel duty plus import VAT in your member state. If duty-free entry is decisive for your margin, an EU or REX-registered supplier is genuinely the better choice, and we would rather tell you now than after a sample round. Switzerland works the same way and is worth modelling separately: Bangladeshi-origin garments do qualify for zero duty under the Swiss preference for least-developed economies, but that rate is claimed against a preferential proof of origin we are not registered to issue either — so budget for the standard Swiss rate, which is assessed on gross weight rather than value and therefore penalises heavy knitwear. Swiss import VAT (currently 8.1%) applies as normal. In every market our unit price covers freight to your door, not duty or VAT.

Europe Buyer Questions
Can you supply GOTS organic or GRS recycled certified fabric?
Not with certification we can stand behind. Our facility holds BSCI social-compliance certification only — we do not hold GOTS, GRS, OEKO-TEX, WRAP, or ISO certification, and we will not attach those labels to your order. If your brand is selling on a certified-organic or certified-recycled claim, you need a certified mill and a transaction-certificate chain that we cannot currently provide.
Which EU ports do you ship to?
Rotterdam, Hamburg, and Antwerp weekly; Mediterranean ports (Barcelona, Genoa, Piraeus) on regular consolidations. We deliver door-to-door with freight included in the unit price; customs clearance, duty, and VAT are handled by you or your broker.
Do you handle EU import VAT?
No — import VAT and duty are settled by you or your broker at clearance, in your member state. Our unit price includes freight to your door but excludes both. We do not offer DDP terms.
Does shipping to Switzerland work the same way as shipping to the EU?
No — and this is the mistake to avoid. Switzerland is not in the EU customs union, so a shipment cleared into Rotterdam or Hamburg has not been cleared into Switzerland; it needs a second, separate Swiss entry with its own documentation. We handle Swiss orders as their own lane from the start, which is why our Swiss shipments do not stall at the border. Switzerland also has no seaport, so bulk moves by sea to Genoa or Rotterdam and then by rail or road to Basel or Zurich — roughly 30–40 days door-to-door.
Is import from Bangladesh to Switzerland really duty-free?
Qualifying is not the same as claiming, and this is where suppliers get vague. Bangladeshi garments do sit at zero duty under Switzerland's preferential tariff for least-developed economies — but the rate is only claimable against a preferential proof of origin, and we are not registered to issue one. Plan on the standard rate with us, and note that where no preference applies Swiss duty is charged on gross weight rather than value, which hits heavy knitwear hardest. We supply the commercial invoice, packing list, and standard certificate of origin your broker needs. Swiss import VAT (currently 8.1%) applies either way.
