Private Label T-Shirt Manufacturer
Blank-free t-shirts made under your own label — your fabric, your fit, your neck tag — starting at 50 pieces per style.

- Your label, not ours
A private label t-shirt is not a printed blank. The difference is what happens before printing: your fabric weight, your body shape, your neck rib, your woven label in place of the supplier's. That is what separates a brand from a merch store, and it is what we make. Minimum 50 pieces per style, which is roughly a twentieth of what most Bangladeshi factories will open an account for.
What you actually control
On a printed blank you control the artwork and nothing else — the fit, the fabric, and the neck label were decided by whoever made the blank. On a private label run you control all of it, and that is where brand-level margin comes from.
- Fabric and weight: CVC interlock 210–230 GSM from stock, or a heavier cotton on a custom knit
- Body shape: regular, boxy, oversized, cropped, longline — graded to your measurements
- Neck finish: rib width, taping, and a woven or printed label in place of a supplier tag
- Trims: your hang tag, size tab, care label, and polybag
- Decoration: in-house screen printing, or embroidery through our partner factory

Where the price lands
Indicative CIF pricing, freight included and duties excluded: an adult regular-sleeve tee starts from $10.75 a piece, a kid's tee from $9.50. Those are planning numbers, not a quote — the final figure depends on fabric, fit, trims, and decoration, and we confirm it against your tech pack.
At 50 pieces a first private label run is a few thousand dollars rather than the tens of thousands a 1,000-piece minimum would demand. That is the entire point of the minimum we run.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the minimum order for private label t-shirts?
50 pieces per style. In peak season that can rise to 100, and we confirm the exact minimum when we quote. Colours can usually be split within the minimum, so 50 pieces does not have to mean 50 identical shirts.
Can you remove the blank supplier's label and add mine?
There is no supplier label to remove — we make the garment, so your woven or printed neck label goes in during construction rather than being relabelled afterwards. Relabelling a bought-in blank leaves a visible seam and is the fastest way to look like a reseller.
How much does a private label t-shirt cost?
Indicative CIF pricing starts from $10.75 per piece for an adult regular-sleeve tee, freight included and import duties excluded. Screen printing adds roughly $1.50 a piece and embroidery roughly $1.65, single placement. Final pricing is confirmed against your tech pack.
Do I need a tech pack?
No — a reference garment you already like, plus notes on what to change, is enough to start. We build the tech pack with you. A completed one gets you a sharper quote faster, and the template is in our Private Label Starter Pack.
How long from approval to delivery?
Production is 12–15 days for orders up to 2,000 pieces, counted from approved sample and cleared deposit. Add sampling time before that, and freight after — we ship door-to-door with freight included in the unit price.
What fabric weight should I choose for a premium tee?
For a retail-feeling everyday tee, 210–230 GSM CVC interlock is the practical sweet spot and we hold it in stock. If you want the heavy, structured hand that streetwear buyers expect, go heavier — but a heavyweight cotton usually needs a custom knit and dye run, which adds 7–10 days.
