Printing on our floor, embroidery with one partner
Printing runs on our own floor — screen, DTF, DTG and sublimation — inspected against the same AQL 2.5 standard as the garment, so a misregistered print is caught as a defect during production rather than at final inspection. Embroidery goes to one partner factory we have used for years, not whoever is cheapest that month: same digitising files, same approved thread standards, same inspection on return. The distinction that matters to you is not whose building the machine sits in — it is that one company signs off the finished garment and carries the defect. That is us, either way.
Choosing a method
Method choice is driven by artwork complexity, quantity, and fabric — not preference. We recommend the method that survives the wash test at your quantity, and tell you when a cheaper method would be a false economy.
- Screen printing — best unit economics above roughly 300 pieces per design; strongest opacity on dark fabric. Plastisol, water-based, discharge, puff, and high-density finishes.
- DTF — photorealistic and unlimited colours with no screen setup, so it is the practical choice at low quantities and for many-colour artwork.
- DTG — soft hand on 100% cotton, good for detailed artwork at low volumes.
- All-over sublimation — full-bleed graphics on polyester; the print becomes part of the fibre and will not crack.
- Embroidery — flat, 3D/puff, appliqué, and woven patches for premium and corporate branding.
Colour approval and durability
Nothing goes to bulk on a screen render. We produce a strike-off on your actual bulk fabric, matched to your Pantone reference, and hold bulk until you approve it in writing. Decorated samples are wash-tested for crack, peel, and colour loss before the method is signed off for production.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the minimum quantity for a custom print?
Our garment MOQ is 50 pieces per style, rising to 100 in peak season. DTF and DTG carry no screen setup, so they work at that quantity. Screen printing is available from 50 but the per-unit economics improve sharply above roughly 300 pieces per design.
Can I combine printing and embroidery on the same garment?
Yes — a printed body with an embroidered chest logo or woven neck label is a common combination and is quoted per placement.
Will the print survive washing?
Every method we sign off is wash-tested before bulk. Correctly cured plastisol and sublimation are effectively permanent; DTF and DTG are wash-durable when applied to a suitable fabric, which is part of why fabric and method are chosen together.
Do you match exact brand colours?
Yes, against Pantone solid coated references. Bear in mind that the same Pantone reads differently on cotton and polyester — the strike-off on your bulk fabric is the standard we hold production to, not the swatch book.
