Development samples take 7–10 days. Sample fees typically cover fabric and labor (usually $30–80 per piece depending on complexity) plus courier costs, and are commonly credited back against your bulk order. We share photo and video reviews so you can approve remotely without waiting for delivery.

From approved sample to shipped goods: typically 2–5 weeks of production depending on quantity and complexity. End-to-end (inquiry to delivery), most first orders complete in 4–8 weeks. Reorders are faster because patterns, specs, and fabrics are already locked.

Standard terms are 30–50% deposit with order confirmation and the balance before shipment, via bank transfer (T/T). For larger or repeat orders we can discuss letters of credit and adjusted terms. We never ask for 100% upfront.

Yes — this is standard, not an add-on. Woven or printed neck labels, care labels, hang tags, polybags, and branded retail packaging are all produced to your brand guidelines. We also handle barcoding and FBA-compliant packing for Amazon sellers.

Screen printing (plastisol, water-based, discharge, puff, high-density), DTF, DTG, all-over sublimation, and embroidery (flat, 3D, appliqué, patches). We recommend the best method for your artwork, fabric, and budget, and provide strike-offs for approval before bulk decoration.

Fabric is lab-tested before cutting (GSM, shrinkage, colorfastness). Inline QC inspects during sewing. Every order passes a final random inspection to AQL 2.5 with a photo report sent to you before shipment. Third-party inspections (SGS, Intertek, BV) are always welcome at your option.

We ship worldwide: express courier (DHL/FedEx, 3–7 days) for small orders, air freight (5–10 days) for mid-size urgent orders, and sea freight (25–35 days) for the best per-unit cost. We prepare all export documents and can quote FOB, CIF, or door-to-door DDP so you know your landed cost upfront.
