Payment Terms With No Fine Print
50% before production, 50% before shipment after you approve the inspection report. Every method, currency option, and credit-back policy — published here, honored in writing on every invoice.
How Money Flows Through an Order
1. Quote approved
You confirm the itemized quote and pro-forma invoice — product, quantities, prices, terms, and timeline in writing.
2. Deposit (50%)
Your deposit books fabric and reserves production capacity. Sampling usually runs before this on a small sample invoice.
3. Production & QC
We produce with inline QC and weekly updates. You approve the final AQL 2.5 inspection photo report.
4. Balance before shipment
The remaining balance is due after you approve the inspection report and before goods leave the factory.
5. Documents released
Shipping documents transfer to you (or your bank under LC) and the goods are on their way.

What a First Order Actually Costs
“50% deposit” tells you the ratio but not the number, which is the thing you actually need to budget. So here is a real one, at our smallest order: 50 adult regular-sleeve tees, branded, at the published $10.75 starting price.
| Stage | When it leaves your account | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| Sampling | Before anything is committedUSD 85 for a branded sample plus USD 45 courier. This is the only money at risk if you decide not to proceed. | $130.00 |
| Deposit — 50% | On approving the sample and the quoteBuys your fabric and books the production slot. Nothing is cut before this clears. | $268.75 |
| Balance — 50% | After you approve the AQL 2.5 inspection reportDue before the goods leave the factory, and only once you have seen photographic proof of what you are paying for. | $268.75 |
| Sample credit | Applied to the bulk invoiceThe sampling outlay comes back off the first bulk order of that style, so a buyer who proceeds pays it once. | − $130.00 |
| Total to your door | Freight included; import duty and VAT are paid separately by you on arrival. | $537.50 |
Indicative CIF pricing in USD, freight included, import duties and VAT excluded. Confirmed against your tech pack.
The line that catches people out is the last one. Freight is already inside that figure, but import duty and VAT are not, and they are charged in your country against the customs value — so the real landed cost depends on where you are importing to. Bangladeshi apparel pays roughly 16.5% entering the US, and we cannot issue preferential proof of origin for any market, so budget the standard rate rather than a duty-free one. Model your own landed cost by destination before you set a retail price.
Two things worth saying plainly. Sampling is the only spend that is genuinely at risk — $130.00 to find out whether we can make your garment, returned to you if you go ahead. And nothing here is a per-size minimum: the 50-piece minimum splits across sizes and colours, so this example is one order, not one size. See how sampling runs if you have not started one yet.
Payment Methods
Bank transfer (T/T)
The standard for export orders. Lowest fees at order values, paid to our company bank account in Bangladesh against the pro-forma invoice. SWIFT details and beneficiary name are printed on every invoice — verify them by phone or WhatsApp on your first order (good practice with any overseas supplier).
Wise
Convenient for smaller payments like sample fees and swatch packs — fast, with transparent exchange rates.
Letter of Credit (LC)
For larger programs and buyers whose finance teams require it. We work with irrevocable LCs at sight through major banks. LCs add bank fees on both sides, so they make sense above roughly $20–30k order value.
Payment safety note
Our bank details never change by email. If you ever receive a message asking you to pay a “new” account, stop and verify by phone or WhatsApp with your merchandiser first — invoice fraud targets importers everywhere, and a 2-minute call defeats it.
Payment Questions
How much do I need to budget for a first order?
At our smallest order — 50 adult regular-sleeve tees at the published $10.75 starting price — the goods come to $537.50 delivered to your door, split $268.75 on deposit and $268.75 before shipment. Sampling costs $130.00 up front and is credited back against that bulk order, so it is the only spend at risk if you decide not to proceed. Import duty and VAT are charged separately by your own customs authority and are not included in that figure.
Why is a deposit required?
The deposit buys your fabric and books your slot on the production calendar. Custom goods can't be resold if a buyer walks away, so the deposit shares that risk fairly between both sides. We never ask for 100% upfront.
When exactly is the balance due?
After you approve the final AQL 2.5 inspection photo report and before the goods physically ship. You always see documented proof of what you're paying for — that's the point of the photo report gate.
Are sample and swatch fees really credited back?
Yes. Sample fees (USD 60 per style for a blank, USD 85 with your branding, plus USD 45 shipping) and swatch pack fees ($15–25) are credited against your first bulk order of the same style. If you never bulk-order, the fees simply cover the real cost of making your samples.
Can I pay in EUR or GBP instead of USD?
Yes, by arrangement. Quotes are issued in USD by default; if you prefer EUR or GBP we fix the exchange rate on the invoice so the amount doesn't move between deposit and balance.
Do you accept PayPal or credit cards?
For production orders, no — processing fees of 4–6% would end up in your unit price, and PayPal's dispute model doesn't fit custom manufacturing. T/T and Wise cover the same ground with far lower fees. For small sample invoices, ask — we can occasionally accommodate.
Ready for an Itemized Quote?
Every quote shows product cost, decoration, packaging, and shipping under your chosen terms — no hidden lines, ever.
Itemised quote usually within 24 business hours • Sample fees credited back in full on bulk orders • No commitment required
