Sleek Apparels

Your First Order, Without the Guesswork

Every brand starts somewhere — usually with more questions than answers. Pick the pathway that matches where you are today, and we’ll take it from there.

Three Ways In — Pick Yours

“I have an idea”

Sketches, references, or just a concept

  1. 1Send us sketches, reference photos, or links to similar products
  2. 2Our development team builds your tech pack and recommends fabrics for your budget
  3. 3You approve the spec, then we sample (7–10 days)
  4. 4Approve the sample → bulk production from 100 pcs

“I have a sample”

An existing garment to reproduce or improve

  1. 1Courier us the physical sample (or detailed photos + measurements to start)

  3. 3Counter-sample made for your approval, with any improvements you want
  4. 4Approve it → bulk production, with your sample kept as the QC reference
How sampling works

Your First Order in 5 Minutes

The whole journey, condensed. This is exactly what happens after you press “send” on a quote request:

  1. 1

    Send your idea or spec

Share sketches, a tech pack, or a reference garment with target quantity and timeline via the quote form, email, or WhatsApp.

  2. 2

    Receive your itemized quote

Within 24 hours you get factory-direct pricing broken down by fabric, labor, decoration, trims, packaging, and shipping.

  3. 3

    Approve your sample

We produce a development sample in 7–10 days with photo and video review; revise until it's exactly right.

  4. 4

    Bulk production with QC

Production runs 2–5 weeks with inline quality control and weekly photo/video updates from your dedicated merchandiser.

  5. 5

    Inspection, then delivery

You approve the final AQL 2.5 inspection photo report before shipment by courier, air, or sea — worldwide.

Five Mistakes First-Time Buyers Make

We’ve onboarded a lot of first orders. These are the avoidable ways they go wrong — avoid all five and your first production run will be boring, in the best way.

01

Skipping the sample to save time

A sample costs $30–80 and one week; a wrong bulk order costs everything. Never skip it — we won't let you, honestly.

02

Choosing fabric by name instead of feel

Order a swatch pack ($15–25, credited back on your bulk order) before locking a fabric. "280 GSM French terry" reads the same on paper; hand-feel decides.

03

Leaving no calendar buffer

Plan launch dates with 2–3 weeks of buffer beyond the quoted timeline. Ports, weather, and holidays exist; brands that plan for them never notice.

04

Sizing for the wrong market

A US "L" is not an EU "L" is not an Asian "L". Tell us your target market and we'll grade the size curve accordingly.

05

Comparing quotes on price alone

A quote $0.40/pc cheaper that excludes labels, polybags, or QC isn't cheaper. Compare itemized quotes line by line — ours make that easy on purpose.
