Send us your tech pack, sketch, or reference product along with target quantities and budget. Don't have a tech pack? No problem — our development team builds one for you. We discuss fabrics, decoration, and timelines so the quote reflects exactly what you want.

You receive a detailed, factory-direct quote covering fabric options, decoration, labeling, packaging, and shipping terms (FOB, CIF, or DDP). Our quotes are itemized and honest — no hidden charges appear later.

We produce your development sample and share detailed photos and video for remote review, or courier it to you. Revisions continue until you're satisfied. The approved sample becomes the binding quality standard for bulk production.

We confirm final specifications, quantities, size breakdowns, and delivery dates in a clear order sheet. Standard terms are a deposit against balance before shipment; we'll agree on terms that work for both sides.

Fabric is knitted/sourced, lab-tested, cut, sewn, decorated, and finished. Your dedicated merchandiser sends weekly progress updates with photos and videos, and inline QC inspects during — not just after — production.

Every order passes a final random inspection to AQL 2.5 covering measurements, construction, decoration, and packing. You receive a photo inspection report before goods leave the factory. Third-party inspections are always welcome.

We handle export documentation and ship by your preferred method: express courier (3–7 days), air freight (5–10 days), or sea freight (25–35 days). You receive tracking details and full document copies for smooth customs clearance.
