    Inquiry & Consultation

    Day 1

    Send us your tech pack, sketch, or reference product along with target quantities and budget. Don't have a tech pack? No problem — our development team builds one for you. We discuss fabrics, decoration, and timelines so the quote reflects exactly what you want.

  2. 02

    Quotation

    Within 24 hours

    You receive a detailed, factory-direct quote covering fabric options, decoration, labeling, packaging, and shipping terms (FOB or CIF, or our standard door-to-door with freight included). Our quotes are itemized and honest — no hidden charges appear later.

  3. 03

    Sampling

    7–10 days

    We produce your development sample and share detailed photos and video for remote review, or courier it to you. Revisions continue until you're satisfied. The approved sample becomes the binding quality standard for bulk production.

  4. 04

    Order Confirmation

    1–2 days

    We confirm final specifications, quantities, size breakdowns, and delivery dates in a clear order sheet. Standard terms are a deposit against balance before shipment; we'll agree on terms that work for both sides.

  5. 05

    Bulk Production

    2–5 weeks

    Fabric is knitted/sourced, lab-tested, cut, sewn, decorated, and finished. Your dedicated merchandiser sends weekly progress updates with photos and videos, and inline QC inspects during — not just after — production.

  6. 06

    Final Quality Inspection

    1–2 days

    Every order passes a final random inspection to AQL 2.5 covering measurements, construction, decoration, and packing. You receive a photo inspection report before goods leave the factory. Third-party inspections are always welcome.

  7. 07

    Shipping & Delivery

    3–35 days by method

    We handle export documentation and ship by your preferred method: express courier (3–7 days), air freight (5–10 days), or sea freight (25–35 days). You receive tracking details and full document copies for smooth customs clearance.

Where an order is checked between the steps

Quality is not one inspection at the end. The seven steps above contain five documented checkpoints, and each has a pass rule.

  • Fabric, before cutting. GSM, shrinkage, colourfastness and shade are checked against spec and the approved lab dip.
  • Cutting and sewing. Every sewing line gets a first-output check, with measurement audits per size against the size spec.
  • Decoration. You approve a strike-off before bulk printing, and placement and dimensions are checked against the tech pack.
  • Finishing and packing. Pressing, needle detection for kids’ and school programmes, and carton and shipping-mark verification.
  • Final random inspection. A sample is drawn to AQL 2.5; the lot ships only with no critical defects and major and minor defects within the limit, and you see the photo report first.
