Itemised quote usually within 24 business hours • Sample fees credited back in full on bulk orders • No commitment required
Images are representative of styling and finish. Final wash appearance is confirmed at sample approval stage.
MOQ from 50 pieces
Per style, knitwear, all year round — we confirm your exact minimum when we quote.
PP-free wash process
Enzyme, stone and mineral wash. No potassium permanganate anywhere in the finish.
In-house print & DTF
Screen printing and DTF run on our own floor, so decoration is scheduled against the wash, not subcontracted around it.
Door-to-door delivery
Freight is inside our unit price. Import VAT and duties at destination are paid by the buyer.

Before bulk
What wash standard should a streetwear brand approve before bulk?
No two washed pieces are identical, and any factory that tells you otherwise is describing a print, not a wash. So a washed order is approved differently from a plain one: you sign off two things at sampling, not one.
- 1. An intensity standard
- Light, medium or heavy — approved against a physical sample in your fabric and colour, not against a photograph. The swatches above are the same charcoal jersey taken through three different wash cycles.
- 2. A variation range
- How far an individual piece may sit either side of that standard and still ship. We hold the approved sample on the floor and inspect bulk against it, so the range is the thing being measured rather than a matter of opinion at delivery.
Set both at sampling and a washed programme behaves like any other order. Skip them and there is no agreed answer to “is this piece acceptable?” until the goods are already made.

Process
Why does a PP-free wash matter for a streetwear compliance review?
The fastest way to age a garment is potassium permanganate — PP — sprayed on and neutralised. It is quick, it is cheap, and it is why a lot of washed product reaches the market at the price it does. It is also on the ZDHC Chemical Watchlist, which is the list a growing number of brands screen their supply chain against before they place an order.
We do not use it. The vintage effect on every piece in this collection is built mechanically and enzymatically instead — enzyme wash to break the surface of the fibre, stone wash for abrasion, mineral wash for the marbled contrast. It takes longer and it costs more per piece than a PP spray does.
What you get for that is a garment you will not have to answer questions about later. If your buyer, your retailer, or your own compliance team asks what is in your wash chemistry, the answer is short and it does not need qualifying — and you are not exposed to a restricted-substance finding on a product already sitting in a warehouse.
To be exact about what this is: PP-free is a description of our process, not a certification. Our facility holds BSCI. If you need documented chemical testing on finished goods for a specific market, tell us at quoting stage and we will tell you plainly what we can and cannot produce.
How does a custom acid-wash order run from tech pack to bulk?
Send your tech pack
Or a reference garment and a photo of the wash you are after. Either is enough to start costing.
Sample development
Blank sampling is USD 60 per style, 7–10 days to develop, and sample cost credited against your bulk order.
Wash standard approval
You approve a physical intensity standard and the variation range it may move within. Nothing enters bulk before this is signed.
Bulk production
Cut, sew, wash and finish in-house, with photo QC reports at each stage before the goods ship.
How can a streetwear brand price this acid-wash programme?
Send the styles you want, your quantities, and the wash depth you are aiming at. If you have a reference garment, a photo of it is worth more than a description.
Pricing available on request — send your tech pack.
