Knitwear — t-shirts, polos, hoodies, sweatshirts, joggers, promotional tees — starts at 50 pieces per style, rising to 100 in peak season. Woven garments start at 300 pieces per style because they run through partner factories that set their own minimums. Cut-and-sew accessories such as totes and caps run on the 50-piece floor. School and corporate uniform programmes mix knit and woven items, so the polo and the trouser in one order can carry different minimums.

Yes, and it is normally cheaper than sourcing each separately, because freight, documentation and inspection are shared across the consignment. Each style still carries its own minimum — a four-item merch pack is four styles, not one.

Start from the fabric behaviour you need rather than the garment name. If it needs to stretch and drape, it is knit, and it runs on the lower minimum. If it needs to hold a crisp structured shape — a shirt collar, a chino, a chore jacket — it is woven, and it runs on the higher one. Send us a reference garment if you are unsure; identifying construction from a sample takes us minutes.

We do not make jeans or any denim product, and we do not make bomber jackets. If you need those, we would rather tell you now than take a sampling fee and disappoint you later. The nine categories above are what we produce — knitwear on our own floor, wovens through our audited partner network. If your product sits near the edge of that list, ask before you assume either way.
