Thailand charges apparel duty plus 7% VAT; preferential APTA rates exist for Bangladeshi-origin goods but are claimed against an APTA certificate we are not registered to issue, so budget the standard rate. Duty and VAT are settled at import by the school or its agent; our price includes freight to the school door but not clearance, so we are not a DDP supplier.
