Customization options
Screen printing is done in-house, which is why it is our fastest and best-controlled decoration. Embroidery is produced through a partner factory we work with regularly. Both are inspected against the approved sample under the same AQL standard as the garment itself.

Which canvas weight should I choose for tote bags?
8–10 oz is the retail standard — it holds shape, takes print well, and survives real use. 4–6 oz is the giveaway option where unit cost decides. 12–16 oz is a premium tote that stands up on its own, with the freight weight to match.
What is the MOQ for custom caps?
50 pieces per design. Structured caps with custom panel shapes or bespoke hardware carry higher minimums because of the mould and trim setup — we confirm the exact number before you design around it.
Can you do 3D puff embroidery on caps?
Yes — 3D/puff embroidery, flat embroidery, woven and rubber patches, and printing. 3D embroidery needs artwork with enough weight in the strokes to hold the foam; we flag it at digitising stage if your logo will not translate.
Do you offer organic or recycled bag options?
We can source organic cotton canvas and recycled-content fabric, and where a mill runs a certified line we can buy from it — certified fabric carries a higher mill minimum, so tell us your target quantity early. What we cannot do is make the finished bag a certified product: that needs scope certification through the whole chain, and we hold BSCI social-compliance certification only. If a GOTS or GRS claim on the finished item is central to your brand, you need a certified factory, and we would rather say so now than at delivery.
