Clothing Manufacturer for Ecommerce Brands
Production built around ecommerce economics — retail-ready packing, FNSKU and barcode compliance, and restock runs that arrive before you go out of stock.

Selling apparel online puts different pressure on a factory than wholesale does. Your margin lives or dies on landed cost, your listing lives or dies on review scores, and a stockout on a winning SKU costs more than the order was worth. We manufacture for ecommerce and DTC brands with that reality built into the process: goods arrive shelf-ready and compliant, sizing stays consistent across reorders so returns stay low, and restock runs are quoted against the same approved sample every time.
Goods that arrive marketplace-ready
Repacking a shipment after it lands is pure margin loss. We finish ecommerce orders to the destination channel's requirements at the factory: individual polybags with the required suffocation warning, FNSKU or UPC/EAN labels applied per unit, carton labelling and carton weights to spec, and master cartons packed to the size and weight limits your fulfilment centre enforces.
If you run a mixed model — some inventory into Amazon, some into your own 3PL, some direct to you for launch stock — we split the run and pack each portion to its own standard rather than shipping one generic pack-out.
Why sizing consistency protects your listing
For an online buyer, fit is a guess until the parcel opens. If your medium drifts half an inch between production runs, the result is returns, "runs small" reviews, and a listing that quietly loses rank — damage that far outlasts the order that caused it.
- Every bulk run is locked against your approved pre-production sample, not re-interpreted
- Graded size specs with defined tolerances are measured at inspection, not assumed
- Fabric is re-ordered to the same mill specification so hand-feel and shrinkage match
- Wash and shrinkage testing before shipment so post-laundry sizing holds
Restocking without losing the buy box
Ecommerce demand is spiky and rarely gives you a clean forecast. Once your first order is approved, reorders skip development entirely — we already hold your patterns, approved sample, fabric specification, and trim sourcing, so a restock is a production booking rather than a new project.
Typical restock lead time is 25–40 days depending on quantity and decoration, plus freight. We will tell you honestly which shipping mode fits your timeline: sea freight for planned restocks, air for a SKU that is selling faster than forecast and would otherwise go dark.
Landed cost, not just unit price
A quote that only shows the per-piece price hides the numbers that decide whether an ecommerce SKU is actually profitable. We quote on FOB, CIF, or DDP terms and walk through the full picture — unit cost, decoration, packing, freight, duty, and fulfilment-centre inbound requirements — so you can model contribution margin before you commit, not after the first payout report.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you label and pack goods for Amazon FBA?
Yes. We apply FNSKU or UPC/EAN labels per unit, polybag with the required suffocation warning, and label and pack master cartons to FBA size and weight limits. Send your labels and carton spec and goods ship ready to inbound directly.
How fast can you restock a SKU that is selling out?
Reorders skip development because we already hold your patterns, approved sample, and fabric spec. Production typically runs 25–40 days depending on quantity and decoration, plus freight — air freight is available when a SKU would otherwise go out of stock.
Will my sizing stay identical across reorders?
That is the point of locking every run against your approved pre-production sample. Graded specs with defined tolerances are measured at AQL 2.5 inspection, and fabric is reordered to the same mill specification so hand-feel and shrinkage match the original run.
Can you ship part of an order to a 3PL and part to me?
Yes. We routinely split runs across destinations and pack each portion to its own standard — marketplace-compliant for the fulfilment centre, and plain or branded packing for launch stock going direct to you.
