How It Works
We source fabrics directly from trusted mills across Bangladesh and Asia: combed and organic cotton, CVC and TC blends, French terry, fleece, piqué, performance polyester, and specialty fabrics. Every lot is lab-tested for GSM, shrinkage, and colorfastness before it enters production. Organic and recycled-content fabrics are available; we can buy from a mill’s certified line where one exists, but we are not scope-certified and cannot make the finished garment a certified product.

Why sourcing locally changes your cost base
Bangladesh has a deep domestic knit mill base, which is the main reason knit garments cost what they do here. Fabric bought locally avoids import duty and weeks of inbound freight, and lets us re-order mid-season without a container lead time. Woven fabric is more often imported, which is why woven lead times run longer — we tell you which category your style falls into before you plan a launch date.

- Blends: CVC, TC, tri-blend, spandex-blended stretch knits and wovens.
- Performance: recycled and virgin polyester, moisture-wicking and mesh constructions.
- Organic and recycled-content: organic cotton and recycled polyester or cotton blends. Note these are sourced uncertified — we cannot supply a GOTS, GRS, or OEKO-TEX certificate chain.
Every lot is tested before cutting
Fabric is the single largest source of bulk-quality failure, and almost all of it is detectable before a garment is sewn. Incoming lots are checked against the approved standard for GSM, dimensional stability after wash, colorfastness to washing and rubbing, and pilling. A lot that misses spec is rejected at the mill, not discovered on your inspection report.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I nominate my own mill or fabric supplier?
Yes. Nominated fabric is common on larger programmes. We handle inspection, testing, and reconciliation of nominated lots exactly as we would our own — the testing standard does not change.
Can you match a fabric from a garment I send you?
In most cases yes. Send the reference garment and we will identify composition, construction, and weight, then source the closest available match and send a swatch for comparison before you commit.
Can you supply GOTS or GRS certified fabric?
No. We can source organic cotton and recycled-content fabric, but we cannot supply the transaction-certificate chain that makes a certified claim legal, and our facility holds BSCI social-compliance certification only. If your brand needs to market a garment as certified organic or certified recycled, you need a certified mill — we will tell you that up front rather than let you design around a claim you cannot make.
How long does fabric take to arrive?
Locally sourced knits are typically 10–20 days depending on dyeing. Imported woven or specialty fabric can add 3–5 weeks. Fabric lead time is included in the production schedule we give you at order confirmation.
