Clothing Manufacturer for Small Brands
For brands that are already selling and have outgrown print-on-demand — real private label production from 50 pieces, without a thousand-piece commitment.

This page is for brands that already have customers. You are selling, print-on-demand or bought-in blanks are eating your margin, and every factory you approach wants a thousand pieces per style before they will talk. That gap — too big for POD, too small for a conventional factory — is the one we exist to fill.
The print-on-demand ceiling
Print-on-demand is the right call for validating a design and the wrong one for building a business. You are paying a per-unit price that assumes a batch of one, you cannot change the garment underneath the print, and your customer receives someone else's blank with your artwork on it.
Moving to your own production changes three things at once: unit cost falls because you are buying a run rather than a single, margin becomes yours rather than the platform's, and the garment itself becomes a product decision — fabric weight, fit, neck label, packaging. The reason brands stay on POD longer than they should is the minimum on the other side. Ours is 50.

How to sequence a first run without over-committing
- Start with your best-selling design, not your favourite one — you already have the sales data
- Sample one style before committing to a range; the cost is credited back
- Run 50 pieces across two colourways rather than 100 of one, so you learn something from the run
- Keep the size curve tight on a first run — you can widen it once you see what sells
- Reorder the winner at a higher quantity; the per-unit price improves and you already know it sells
Being straight about the trade-offs
Per-unit cost at 50 pieces is higher than at 1,000 — fixed costs spread across fewer units, and no factory can make that arithmetic disappear. We tell you where the price breaks sit so you can plan reorders around them rather than discovering them later.
You also take on things POD handled: you hold the stock, you pay import duty and VAT at your border, and you wait 12–15 days for production plus freight instead of shipping the same week. If those trade-offs do not suit where your brand is right now, staying on POD a while longer is a legitimate answer and we will say so.

Frequently Asked Questions
I sell 30–50 units a month. Am I too small to use a manufacturer?
No — that is roughly the volume our 50-piece minimum is designed for. One production run covers about a month of your current sales, which is a sensible first commitment rather than a leap. Most factories would turn that volume away; we are set up for it.
How is this different from print-on-demand?
You control the garment, not just the artwork: fabric, weight, fit, neck label, trims, and packaging are all yours, and the unit cost is a production price rather than a batch-of-one price. In exchange you hold the stock and wait for production and freight.
What does a first order actually cost?
Sampling first: USD 60 per style blank or USD 85 with branding, plus USD 45 shipping — credited back against your bulk order. Then the run itself. At indicative CIF pricing an adult tee starts from $10.75 a piece, so a 50-piece first run sits in the low four figures before decoration and duty.
Do I have to pay everything upfront?
No. Payment is 50% before production starts and the remaining 50% before shipment. We do not offer credit terms on a first order — for a brand your size, neither should you expect them from a factory that has not worked with you before.
What if the first run does not sell?
That risk is real and it is why the minimum matters. At 50 pieces the downside is a few thousand dollars of stock, not a year of runway. It is also why we push you toward your proven design rather than a new one for a first production run.
Can I add more styles later without starting over?
Yes. Your approved sample, patterns, and specs stay on file, so a reorder skips development entirely. New styles each carry their own 50-piece minimum, which is what lets you widen a range one product at a time.
