Founder & Managing Director

I ran a Dhaka knitwear factory before I started Sleek Apparels — four years as Director of Operations at ARK Pullover Ltd, covering production, QA, compliance and buyer coordination, and restoring the company's direct export capability after a six-year gap. That is the experience behind how we quote: I know what a line can actually deliver by a given date, so I would rather give you an honest number than a comfortable one.

I studied International Business at Nankai University in Tianjin and spent four years in China, which is why we buy yarn, fabric and trims directly from mills in Guangzhou, Foshan, Yiwu and Tianjin rather than through an agent. I handle L/C and T/T terms, Incoterms and export documentation myself, and I am the person you reach when something needs a decision.

Five roles touch every order. One of them — your merchandiser — is your single point of contact; the rest are one introduction away whenever you need them.

Founder & Management

Sets the standard the rest of the team works to: honest quotes, realistic timelines, and long-term client relationships over one-off orders. Directly reachable — clients are never more than one step from a decision-maker, and the founder has run a knitwear factory floor himself.

Your Dedicated Merchandiser

Your single point of contact from quote to delivery. Translates your tech pack into production reality, sends weekly photo/video updates, and answers in clear English across time zones, Monday–Saturday.

Head of Production

Owns the factory floor: line planning, capacity booking, and hitting the dates your merchandiser promised — on knit programmes run to a sealed sample and a fixed size set.

QC Manager

Runs the five-checkpoint inspection process — fabric lab tests, inline checks, and the final AQL 2.5 random inspection — and signs the photo report you receive before anything ships.

Logistics & Documentation

Books your freight, prepares export documents, and gives your broker everything they need to clear the goods — commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and bill of lading. Duty and import VAT are yours to pay; we show them separately on the quote rather than hiding them in a unit price.
