The Development Pack saves you $135 against ordering three branded samples one at a time — we absorb the courier when all three ship together. Need more than three styles, or a fabric we would have to knit specially? Ask for a quote and we will price the development properly.
What happens after you pay
Paying starts the process; it does not commit you to production. You approve the spec before we cut, and the sample before it ships.

Pick a package and check out through Stripe. Takes about two minutes, and you get a receipt and an invoice straight away.

We confirm the spec
A merchandiser emails you within 24 hours (Mon–Sat) to lock down fabric, GSM, measurements and artwork. Nothing is cut before you sign that off.

We make it
Sample development takes 7–10 days. You see photos and video for approval before it goes anywhere near a courier.

You decide
Hold it, wash it, wear it. If you proceed, what you paid comes off your bulk invoice — bulk runs from 50 pieces per style. If you don't, you owe nothing further.
The terms, in plain English
We would rather you read this now than discover it later. Every line below is the same as what is on our payment terms page.
- Sample cost
- Sample development is USD 60 per style for a blank, or USD 85 with your branding applied, plus USD 45 shipping. The sample cost is credited against your bulk order when you proceed.
- Credited back
- Sample cost credited against your bulk order — against the bulk order of the same style, applied to your bulk invoice rather than refunded in cash.
- Sample turnaround
- 7–10 days from confirmed spec, plus courier transit.
- Minimum order after sampling
- From 50 pieces per style for knitwear, rising to 100 in peak season. Woven garments start at 300 pieces per style, sweater-knit garments at 500 pieces per style, and the knitwear floor rises to 100 in peak season — we confirm the exact minimum when we quote.
- Bulk lead time
- Bulk production runs 12–15 days for orders up to 2,000 pieces, counted from approved sample and confirmed deposit. Allow 25–35 days end to end, since sampling and approval come first. Peak season can extend this — we confirm dates at order confirmation.
- Bulk payment terms
- Payment is 50% before production starts and the remaining 50% before shipment. No credit terms on a first order.
- Duties and VAT
- Import VAT and duties are paid by the buyer. The courier cost on samples is included in the prices above; import charges in your country are not.
Questions buyers ask before paying
Is the sample cost really credited back?
Yes — in full, against the bulk order of the same style. Sample cost credited against your bulk order. It is credited rather than cash-refunded: the amount comes off your bulk invoice when you proceed, so a buyer who goes ahead pays it once. If you decide not to proceed, the sampling fee is what you spent to find that out, and it is the only money you had at risk.
How long does a sample take?
Sample development runs 7–10 days from the point your spec is confirmed, plus courier transit. We send photos and video for your approval before anything ships. Bulk production after sample approval is 12–15 days for orders up to 2,000 pieces — allow 25–35 days end to end.
What happens straight after I pay?
You get a Stripe receipt and an invoice immediately, and an email from our merchandising team within 24 hours (Monday to Saturday) to confirm your spec, fabric and measurements before anything is cut. Nothing goes into production until you have signed off what we are making.
Do I have to pay by card?
No. Card checkout is here because it is the fastest way to start, and because it means you can begin without a call. If you would rather pay by bank transfer or Wise, or you need a proforma invoice for your finance team first, ask us and we will raise one.
Who pays import duty and VAT?
You do, at customs clearance in your own country. The courier cost to your door is already inside every package price on this page, but the import charges your government levies on arrival are separate and are settled by you. The same is true of our bulk shipments — we say so up front rather than leaving you to find out when your broker invoices you.
Can you copy a garment I already sell?
Yes. Order a Blank or Branded Sample, then courier us the reference garment — or send detailed photos with measurements to start. We reverse-engineer the fabric, GSM, construction and measurements, and make a counter-sample with any improvements you want. Your original is kept as the QC reference for bulk.
