Terms of Service

Protocol Version: 1.0.8 | Revised: March 1, 2026

Governing Law

Governed by the laws of Kentucky, USA, providing sovereign legal protection for global brands.

Fair Conduct

Ensuring transparent industrial interaction and ethical sourcing protocols across all tiers.

Institutional Clarity

Clearly defined operational boundaries for our Dhaka and US-based entities.

1. Institutional Acceptance

By accessing the Sleek Apparels digital hub, you enter into a legally binding institutional agreement. If your brand does not synchronize with these operational protocols, you must terminate use of our sourcing systems immediately.

2. Synchronized Entities

Our operations are managed by Sleek Apparels LLC (Kentucky, USA) and Sleek Apparels Limited (Dhaka, Bangladesh). These entities operate as a synchronized procurement matrix, providing multi-jurisdictional oversight for your apparel production.

3. Sample Request Process

Sample Policy

Sample requests require a deposit based on the product specifications. Sample production typically takes 10-14 business days from tech pack approval. Samples are sent CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight) to the destination country unless otherwise agreed. Sample costs may be refunded against bulk orders upon approval.

Bulk Production Terms

Bulk orders require a 30-50% deposit to commence production, with the balance due upon shipment dispatch. Production lead times vary by product type and quantity, typically 25-45 days for standard orders.

4. Incoterms & Shipping

All quoted prices are based on CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight) Incoterms to the buyer's designated port, unless otherwise specified in the quotation. The buyer is responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance at the destination. For DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipments, additional charges apply.

5. Color Matching Disclaimer

We strive for the closest possible color match between your submitted Pantone references and the finished product. However, we do not guarantee exact color match due to variations in fabric batches, dye lots, and printing processes. A color approval sample is recommended before bulk production. Color variations within 10% of the Pantone standard are considered acceptable.

6. Governing Law

These terms are exclusively governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States. Any institutional disputes will be mediated within this jurisdiction, ensuring a transparent and reliable legal framework for our global partners. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.

Operational Escalation

If your procurement division requires deeper institutional clarification, please engage our legal and operational leads.
