## What we make

- T-shirts (including heavyweight and oversized), polo shirts, hoodies and sweatshirts

- Garment washing: acid wash, enzyme, stone and mineral wash, garment dyeing

We do NOT produce bomber jackets, jeans, or denim.

## Key facts

- Minimum order quantity: Our standard minimum is 50 pieces per style for knitwear — t-shirts, hoodies, polos, sweatshirts, joggers — rising to 100 in peak season. Woven garments start at 300 pieces per style. Sweater-knit garments — cable knits, cardigans and fine-gauge pullovers made on flat-bed machines rather than cut from jersey — start at 500 pieces per style. Colours can usually be split within a single design, so a 50-piece run does not have to mean 50 identical units.
- Garment dyeing minimum: 25 pieces per colour for garment dyeing
- Production lead time: Bulk production runs 12–15 days for orders up to 2,000 pieces, counted from approved sample and confirmed deposit. Allow 25–35 days end to end, since sampling and approval come first. Peak season can extend this — we confirm dates at order confirmation.
- Sampling: Sample development is USD 60 per style for a blank, or USD 85 with your branding applied, plus USD 45 shipping. The sample cost is credited against your bulk order when you proceed.
- Payment terms: Payment is 50% before production starts and the remaining 50% before shipment. No credit terms on a first order.
- Decoration: Screen printing in-house. Embroidery through a regular partner factory.
  Branding adds approximately USD 1.50/pc for screen print
  and USD 1.65/pc for embroidery.
- Shipping: We ship door-to-door with freight included in the unit price. Import VAT and duties in the destination country are paid by the buyer — this is not DDP.
- Certification: Our facility is BSCI certified — an audited social-compliance standard covering labour conditions, safety, and working hours. We do not hold WRAP, OEKO-TEX, GOTS, GRS, or ISO certification, and we will tell you so rather than imply otherwise.

## Fabrics

- Brushed cotton fleece, 450 GSM — Readily available. Our stock heavyweight fleece — no custom knit needed.
- 100% cotton (heavy), 500 GSM — Custom knit and dye run (+7–10 days). Requires a dedicated knit and dye run, so it adds 7–10 days.
- CVC interlock, 210–230 GSM — From stock. Cotton-rich interlock held in stock for faster turnarounds.

## Acid Wash Collection

> Vintage-washed knitwear, washed as finished garments. /collections/acid-wash/ on the site.

- Wash process: PP-free vintage wash — enzyme, stone, or mineral. We do NOT use potassium permanganate (PP).
- PP-free describes our PROCESS. It is not a certification and we do not present it as one.
- Acid Wash Oversized Tee — ~240 GSM finished. Fabric: 100% cotton jersey. Fit: Boxy, drop-shoulder.
- Acid Wash Heavyweight Tee — ~300 GSM finished. Fabric: 100% cotton jersey. Fit: Boxy, drop-shoulder.
- Acid Wash Wide-Leg Sweatpant — ~400 GSM finished. Fabric: French terry. Fit: Relaxed wide leg, elastic drawcord waist, side seam pockets.
- Acid Wash Oversized Hoodie — ~450 GSM finished. Fabric: Brushed fleece. Fit: Oversized, double-layer hood, kangaroo pocket, ribbed cuffs and hem.
- Washing adds +3–5 days on top of the production lead time above.
- Washed orders are approved against a physical wash-intensity standard (light, medium
  or heavy) plus an agreed variation range, because no two washed pieces are identical.
- Pricing for this collection is not published. It is quoted per style from a tech pack.

## What we do not claim

Stated explicitly so this is not inferred incorrectly:

- We hold BSCI certification only. We are NOT GOTS, GRS, OEKO-TEX, WRAP, or ISO certified.
- We cannot issue EU or UK preferential proof of origin (REX). EU and UK buyers should
  budget for standard apparel duty plus import VAT.
- We do NOT ship DDP. Freight to your door is included in the unit price; import duty
  and VAT are paid by the buyer.
- We do not produce bomber jackets.
